ORDER TURN AROUND TIME: Most of our barcode products are automatically emailed straight away. Please check your junk mail if you haven’t received them, and then contact us (because our emails are automated, they sometimes get blocked by spam filters, particularly if you are using a Hotmail email address). If you ordered an EAN-13 or UPC-A barcode number or barcode package, it will be delivered straight away. ISBN barcodes are also delivered straight away. Other products like magazine barcodes and vbusiness cards need to be manually created. Therefore, the turnaround time for those products is 24-48 hours during business days. If you don’t receive your product within 48 hours, please check your junk folder and then contact us.
