We answer our own emails, Monday to Friday. Leave a message anytime, and someone will reply within one business day.
There’s no call centre and no ticket queue. Whoever replies can usually sort it there and then.
Before you email
Three things account for most of the messages we get, and all three are faster to solve yourself.
Your order hasn’t arrived. Check your junk or spam folder first. Our delivery emails are automated, which means filters sometimes catch them; Hotmail and Outlook addresses most often. If it isn’t there, email us, and we’ll resend it.
You need your barcode images again. They’re in the Customer Portal, free, along with every order you’ve placed. You can download them as many times as you need.
You have a question about barcodes. Our FAQ covers the things we’re asked most, usually in more detail than we’d manage in an email.
What to include
If your message is about an existing order, these get you a faster answer:
- the email address you ordered with
- your order number, if you have it
- the barcode number involved, if there is one
Orders are matched by email address, so telling us which one you used saves a round trip.

Anything marked automated should reach you within minutes. If it’s been longer than that, or longer than 48 hours for the manual items, check your junk folder and then email us.
